The 22nd SLS General Assembly: A Gathering of Faith and Fellowship in Bogotá

The 22nd SLS General Assembly, held for the first time in Bogotá, Colombia, concluded with an outpouring of grace and love. The assembly, which took place from September 15th to the morning of the 17th, strengthened the faith of participating leaders and reaffirmed the mission \and established goals of the Saint Luke Society (SLS).

Delegates from various countries, including Korea, China, the U.S., Colombia, Bolivia, Mexico, Brazil, Ecuador, Argentina, Venezuela, Peru, and the Dominican Republic, attended the event. It began with an opening service, followed by a “get-to-know-each-other” session, regional mission reports, a special lecture, testimonies, and a prayer session. During the regional reports, the mission achievements of the year were evaluated, goals for the upcoming year were set, and leaders shared strategies for expanding the SLS network and establishing hospital ministries in each region.

On the second day, attendees visited tourist sites in Bogotá, enjoying fellowship and deepening their bonds. Many participants expressed gratitude for the love, dedication, and sincere hearts of the Latin American members, recognizing their outstanding service.

SLS gives thanks to the Lord for this precious opportunity to gather, connect, and work together toward building the ministry.
