On October 22, Dr. Amar, the representative of the Mongolian Christian Medical Association (MCMA), visited Korea to strengthen ties with the Saint Luke Society (SLS). During his visit, he met with SLS leaders, toured St. Luke Hospital, and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Dr. Shin Myeong-seop, the SLS Korea representative. The signing was followed by a meal, where leaders from both organizations shared insights and engaged in productive discussions about the future of their collaboration.

This partnership builds on initial connections formed during a medical mission conducted by SLS in Mongolia in July. During that mission, SLS members provided medical care, spiritual support, and training, leaving a significant impact on the local communities. The MOU marks an important step in formalizing the relationship and reflects both organizations’ commitment to enhancing medical missions and holistic care in Mongolia.

Through this agreement, SLS and MCMA will work closely to share medical expertise, facilitate joint missions, and extend their reach to underserved communities in Mongolia. By combining their resources and knowledge, both organizations aim to bring physical healing and spiritual encouragement to those in need.

SLS is deeply grateful for the Lord’s guidance in forming this partnership and is committed to fulfilling its mission to share God’s love through compassionate medical care. SLS looks forward to a fruitful collaboration with MCMA, trusting that this alliance will make a meaningful impact on countless lives in Mongolia.
