On September 6, leaders from Saint Luke Society (SLS) Latin America participated in an outreach event organized in collaboration with Veritas, a fellowship of lawyers, in a disadvantaged area of Bogotá, Colombia.
During the event, the SLS team provided nursing, medical, and optometric services to the local population. They also offered workshops on family finances and health promotion to mothers who are heads of households. Alongside medical care, the gospel was shared with attendees, and previously collected donations were distributed.
Children who attended the event received scarf bibs for toddlers, donated by SLS Korea, bringing joy to many families.
SLS Latin America is deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve and demonstrate God’s love within the community.
